Reheating InstructionS
for family-style and bulk orders
Remove the covered trays from your fridge and bring them to room temperature by placing them on your counter for about 45 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 350º
Place the covered trays in the hot oven for 30 minutes. Carefully remove the cover(s) and gently stir the food a bit to test for heat in the middle and bottom of the tray. If pasta seems dry, just add a little water. If the food is not warm enough, cover and return to the oven, checking again after 20-30 minutes.
